Welcome to the Letham Glen Nature Trail!
You are about to walk through a varied landscape, starting from the park area before you and then leading on to a wilder stretch of scenic woodland either side of the “Scoonie Burn”.
Your experience will vary with the seasons (and the weather!). In spring the trees ahead of you are covered with beautiful pink cherry blossom, and further up the Glen you’ll see bluebells and primroses under the newly-in-leaf woodland.
In autumn the leaves are a riot of golden colours – why go to New England to see the Fall? Benches are situated at various points on the trail for you to relax and enjoy the woodland.
