Look down from here at the Scoonie Burn, home to river birds such as the Dipper and the Grey Wagtail as well as the more common Pied Wagtail. Can you see any today?

As you walk up the Glen the woods become thicker and less light reaches the ground. The plants are different here and more fungi can be seen growing on the logs of dead wood.
